Lois’s Rice Pudding!!
- 1 cup regular Rice
- 6 cups Milk
- 1 Egg Yolk, slightly beaten
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of White Sugar
Cook rice very slowly in milk until milk is absorbed and rice is tender, stirring continuallyl. Take off stove and stir in beaten egg yolk. Stir in surag and pour in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
Note: Can be eaten warm or cold! For those of you who have had this, it is truly spectacular!!
This is really good, a family favorite. It is definately worth the effort to make it.
