  • 1 package of Fettucini Noodles
  • ¼ cup Half and Half
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

Cook noodles until tender. Simmer Half and Half and butter. Pour over noodles. Then add parmesan cheese and toss. Serve immediately.

  • 1 8 ounce can Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 lg boneless Chicken Breasts (1-1/2 – 2 lbs)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mix tomato sauce and seasonings in 2 cup container and microwave at high for 2 minutes. Stir. Reduce power to medium and microwave for 5 minutes. Set sauce aside. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then in crumb mixture. Place in rectangular baking dish. Cover. Microwave at medium high until chicken is tender (9-14 minutes). Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella over chicken breasts, then sprinkle some additional parmesan cheese over chicken breasts. Microwave at medium high until cheese melts and sauce is hot (2-5-1/2 minutes).

  • 2 cups corkscrew Pasta (uncooked)
  • 12 oz Cheddar Cheese (cubed)
  • 2 cups Pepperoni (cubed)
  • 4 Scallions (chopped)
  • ½ cup Celery (chopped)
  • 1 large Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 can Black Olives
  • 2 cups bottles Italian Dressing

Mix together the following:

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • ½ tsp Basil
  • ½ tsp Oregano

Cook pasta until tender. Drain and rinse in cool water. Add the remaining ingredients to pasta. Add the dressing and toss. Refrigerate before serving.

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • ¾ cup Cocoa
  • ½ cup Shortening
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and add 1 cup boiling water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Excellent cake and is very moist.
