1 1/2 lbs hamburger (browned and drained) 1 onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water 1 pkg mixed vegetables 1 (2 lb) pkg tator tots Salt and pepper to taste Place browned hamburger, onion, salt and pepper in casserole. Top with 1 pkg of mixed vegetables. Place tator tots on top of mixture. Mix soups with water and place on top of tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until bubbling.
