Easy Chocolate Pudding or Pie
- 1 cup “White Sugar
- 3 tblsp Cocoa
- 3 tblsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 cups Warm Water
- 1 stick butter
Mix sugar, cocoa, flour and salt together in sauce pan.; Add butter and warm water. Stir over medium heat until thick; add vanilla. Yields 6 servings. May use for chocolate pie. Add to a 9 inch baked pie shell. Top w/meringue. Bake at 400degrees. Good.
