1 3/4 cup flour
1 3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1 3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup rice crispies cereal
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup marshmallows (mini)
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup coconut (shredded)
2 packets or hot chocolate mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
Here is the fun part…….find a really big bowl!  Cream your butter and sugars together, add eggs, mix well.  Sift together your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, hot chotolate mix and set aside.  Add the other remaining ingredients and mix well.  Now add in your sifted dry ingredients and mix well until all are incorporated.  Using a large tablespoon, spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and lightly flatten with bottom of glass or small bowl.  Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
How many cookies does this make………depends on how big you make your cookies.     This is an original recipe which my dad created, and they are really good.   Try it, if you don’t like an item used in this recipe, substitute it with something else!  Have fun.
