So what do you guys think of the new look?

Colleen is working hard at adding the photos (check out the photo gallery page!) and also all of the recipes!

We will be re-adding the Family Tree Info, but it will be a password-protected page.  If you are a Lofthus Family member or relative (and who isn’t?)  🙂  then just e-mail Colleen for the password.  You can also e-mail Colleen if you are interested in blogging and posting on the site!

Oh – and anyone can leave comments on any of the posts, so feel free!  🙂

NFLlogoNFLlogoDoes anyone want to join a Fantasy Football league?  We can do either a pick draft or an auction draft, and do it online.  We can also do it for free, or for a small fee, if we want some prize money.

If you are interested, let me know!   Email Jeff.

Beef Burgundy

Cut round steak into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes.  Dredge in flour, garlic (2-3 tblsp), salt and pepper.  Brown in oil.  Add 1/3 cup onion.  Simmer until meat is done.  Add 1/2 cup burgundy wine and 6 oz. mushrooms half-way thru the cooking time.   Serve over rice or noodles.
