  • 1 package Chocolate Chips
  • 1 package Butterscotch Chips or Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 package Salted Peanuts (without skins)

Melt chips in microwave. Add peanuts. Place waxed paper on cookie sheets and drop mixture by teaspoon onto paper. Cool. Store in an air tight container.

  • 1 box 1-Step Angel Food Cake mix (dry)
  • 1 can Lemon Pie filling

Mix ingredients by hand and pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powder sugar and cut into squares.

Grease a 9×13 pan and layer in all the ingredients in this order:

  • 1 cup Chow Mein Noodles
  • 2 cans of Cream of Celery soup or Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 cups or 1 lb of browned hamburger
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 can Peas
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk (pour all over)

Dot the top of the casserole with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.

  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 cans Water
  • 1 Onion
  • ½ c uncooked Rice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook hamburger in skillet. Drain. Mix in other ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 cup chow mein noodles on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
