  • 10 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Mix together and place in a 9×13 baking dish.

    Topping:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1-1/4 cups Butter, melted

Mix together until crumbly. Place over apples in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Best when served warm with ice cream or whipped topping. GREAT!

  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 small can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomato sauce and seasoning. Put 4 crescent rolls in bottom of pie pan. Add hamburger mixture, sour cream and cheese. Lay 4 other crescent rolls on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

  • 1 8 oz carton Sour Cream
  • 1 8 oz package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 package Ortega Taco Mix
  • Chopped Lettuce
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Cheddar Cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Spread on a cookie sheet. Top with the lettuce, onions, olives and then tomatoes. Put cheese on last. Refrigerate. Serve with Doritos.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 small jar Picante Sauce
  • ½ package Taco Seasoning
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 1 package large Soft Shells
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese

Brown hamburger. Add picante sauce. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add two seasonings and refried beans. Let simmer while you mix sour cream and soup together. Fill shells with meat sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Roll-up and place seam-side down in cake pan. Cover shells with sour cream and soup mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for ½ hour to 40 minutes. Makes 8-10 shells.
